When we reply
Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. Emails are answered within one business day. If your order arrived damaged or wrong, say so in the subject line and we will jump the queue — see the refunds policy for what to send us.
Order questions
Have your order number ready. For anything about delivery time or tracking, the shipping policy probably answers it faster than we can.
Product & allergen questions
Every flavour's full ingredient list and nutritional table is on its product page, taken from the printed label. Our blends contain nuts, seeds and cereals containing gluten. If you have an allergy and something is not clear, please ask us before ordering rather than after.
