Our story
‘খাও’ means eat
Khao Healthy started in Guwahati with a simple frustration: the breakfast shelf was full of imported oats and sugar-heavy granola, while the grains India has eaten for centuries — ragi, jowar, bajra, kodo — were nowhere to be found.
We do not manufacture our muesli. Khao Healthy sources finished millet muesli blends and packs them into our own 200 g pouches under our FSSAI licence. We are a packer and marketer, not a manufacturer.
Ancient grains, modern mornings
Millets grow well in Indian soil, need far less water than wheat or rice, and carry more fibre and iron. We choose blends built on those grains with real fruit, nuts and seeds — and nothing else. No maida, no artificial colour, no synthetic preservative.
Every batch is packed by us into a sealed 200 g pouch and sold at one honest price: ₹249, whichever flavour you pick.
Why millet muesli
- High protein. 8.5–11.5 g per 100 g, mostly from millets, nuts and seeds.
- Rich in fibre. Whole-grain flakes keep you full past mid-morning.
- Iron-dense. Up to 10.1 mg per 100 g, depending on the blend.
- Blood-sugar friendly. Millets sit lower on the glycaemic index than refined wheat.
- No added sugar option. Our Sugar Free blend is sweetened only by fruit.
- Nothing artificial. No colours, flavours or preservatives beyond natural rosemary extract.
Exact nutritional values differ per flavour — every pack's full table and ingredient list is on its product page, taken straight from the label.
Packed in Assam
We are a small team based on Zoo Road, Guwahati. Every pouch is packed and marketed by us under FSSAI licence 20326101000546. The muesli itself is made by our supplier to our specification; we select the blends, check every batch and pack it. If something in your pouch isn't right, the same people who packed it will answer your email — hello@khaohealthy.in.
